RCX ChillAX Sprayer Insulators
RCX ChillAx Sprayer Insulators are designed to help provide thermal management for up to three-gallon portable sprayers for autocross tire sprayers. These insulative sleeves are constructed of the same robust fabric and lightweight insulation as our popular line of tire blankets, but in more reflective silver to help keep sprayer water cool on hot days. Our ChillAx Sprayer Insulators are also available for aircraft de-icing applications, and will help keep de-icing fluid warm.
All of our new design RCX ChillAx Sprayer Insulators are adjustable, and can made-to-order to nearly all common portable sprayers. When ordering, please let us know what sprayer you're using and the dimensions of it so that we can make sure to size your ChillAx properly.
Our silver fabric will reflect thermal radiation, and help keep spayers cool in warm temperatures. For de-icing applications, our black fabric will absorb thermal radiation and help add a bit of heat back in.

Our products normally ship USPS, but we can also hand-deliver them in person to local autocrosses and other events we attend.
SPRAYER ENDORSEMENT
If you do not presently have a sprayer, or are looking to purchase a new one, we're a big fan of the Chapin Pro Series 2 gallon sprayer prominantly featured in the photos above. It has a high flow rate, and the flat fan fitting works for autocross. Another nice feature is that the throat is wide enough with enough clearance to drop frozen water bottles in at the start of the heat. When combined with an RCX ChillAX Sprayer Insulator, two bottles of ice just before the start of the heat will make the water nice and cold, even on extremely hot days.
